Child Safety Standards
Last updated: August 13, 2026
OffScreen Quest is a family task and rewards app operated by Syed Technologies. We are committed to keeping our platform safe and free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
OffScreen Quest strictly prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, sextortion, or any content that endangers minors
- Content that sexualizes, exploits, or harms children in any way
Accounts submitting such content will be permanently banned. Content will be removed immediately when identified.
Age requirement & parental supervision
OffScreen Quest is designed for use by families under parental supervision. Parent accounts must be created by someone at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Child profiles — including any photos submitted to complete quests — are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental involvement.
How to report
- Flag a quest submission or photo from the review screen in the app.
- Remove or block a child or family member from Family Settings.
- Email us directly at support@questupkids.com with details.
Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
How we respond to CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on OffScreen Quest, we will:
- Remove the content and disable the account.
- Preserve information as required by law.
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority.
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required.
